Barcode scanning works best in full, even light. If the barcode scanner is being used in dim or uneven lighting conditions, the scan may be affected. If the barcode is being scanned in full, even light and the barcode field is still displaying only some of the barcode data, it may be that the field is reading all the data, but only displaying some of it. To resolve this issue, try making the barcode field longer. If the issue persists, contact Mi-Co Support.
