In Windows server 2008, If you receive this error Win32 application support has not been enabled. To enable 32 bit applications, we have to do the following:

• Open IIS Manager and Navigate to the following route, IIS Manager >Application Pools >Default (Advanced) settings >Enable 32âbit applications.
• Set property value to True.

Then Win32 application is successfully enabled.
