Please consider the following:

Be ready with a paper form to fill out.
Have the installers for Mi-Forms and the Anoto Pen Director available.
Have the Mi-Forms design file for the form available (and send it to support@mi-corporation.com ahead of time if possible).
Please be ready to discuss your implementation of your Print on Demand (POD) printing solution.
