Question: Does Mi-Forms Installer v.9.1.3.1 support OS Windows 8.1?

No, v9.1.3 of the installer did not support Windows 8.1. However, this was resolved in patch 9.1.4 and in v10 of Mi-Forms. Getting a newer version of the client will fix this issue.
