Mi-Forms form design for digital pen in general is no more difficult than designing for tablets or other platforms. You have fewer fields to use (e.g., no picklists or image annotations), margin limitations due to printing, a limited color palette, and there are limitations in landscape orientation that Mi-Co support may address with you.

Additionally you you must build a Mi-Forms Print on Demand (POD) application to print instances of the form.
